Tips and Scandals finished a moderate third in the Hahn Super Dry 3.5 maiden at Northam with Joe Azzopardi, utilising the inside to make a run at the leaders in the concluding stages.
The race was eventually taken out by Flower Of Scotland with William Pike driving the runner to the lead in a knockout blow to Double Edged with Tips And Scandals back towards the inside chalking up a third first up from a return.
