The Ben Pearce stable will supply three runners to the Northam race club meeting on Sunday, September 21 with fine weather forecast racing on a good three.
The first of the stable runners will come out in race 4, in the Allworks We Never maiden over 1300 m with Island Wedding, to be ridden by Paul Harvey jumping from barrier five in a field of 10.
Island Wedding is a four-year-old Bay mare having start number four and is prepared for this outing via a Lark Hill barrier trial finishing midfield of 10 over 930 m when ridden by Alan Kennedy finishing 5.5 lengths off the winner, she then made the trip to Pinjarra finishing fourth of 12 on September 4 over 1200 m when ridden by Peter Hall finishing two lengths off the winner on that occasion in a time of 1:11.88 for the journey.
Ben has adjusted the gear for this outing by removing the BUBBLE CHEEKER and adding a TONGUE TIE.
The second of the stable runners will come out in race 6, with Dynamic Boy to be ridden by Alan Kennedy jumping from a wide alley in a field of 10 in the KJ Arnold Memorial Maiden event contested over a mile (1600m).
Dynamic boy is a four-year-old Bay gelding having start number five with recent efforts being at Northam on August 21 finishing fourth of 12 over 1300 m with Peter Knuckey aboard, finishing two lengths off the winner on that occasion, he was last seen racing at Pinjarra on September 4 over 1600 m with Kennedy aboard finishing quarter of the length off the winner in second place in a field of 12 with the event time clocked at 1:39.48 for the trip.
The final runner for the team will come out in race seven with Flight Of Fancy eyeing the prize with Troy Turner aboard jumping from barrier one in the field of 10 in the Dankz WA Made handicap event over 1600m.
Flight Of Fancy is a four-year-old mare having start number 10 with two wins earning prize-money in excess of $16,000, she comes into this event by a barrier trial at Lark Hill on August 25 over 930m, finishing sixth of 8 in the heat when ridden by Troy Turner and was last seen running at Pinjarra on September 4 over 1400 m with Troy Turner aboard finishing 4.7 lengths behind the winner on that occasion in a time of 1:25.67.
