Four-year-old Trade Tip will have to wait another day to conquer Bunbury, as he headed to the Monday race meeting with aspirations of leaving his last start disappointment behind him.
Jockey Peter Knuckey settled just off the pace in a relaxed mood, watching the leaders movements. Coming off the turn, Trade Tip made his run off the fence and although he had some lengths to make up on the leader, he still looked a danger after his easy run in transit, however he just couldn't pick up Cape Rosalea.
Late on the scene was Korenica and from there, the 6th event would go to the latter. Trade Tip would have to settle for third in the class one handicap today and based on his efforts, Ben will wait and see how he pulls up before making a decision on where to go next.
