The Ben Pearce racing yard will supply 2 runners in the form of Raising Dubai and Vital Edition to the Belmont turf club race meeting on Saturday, August 15 the rail is out 9 m racing on a good three the track condition is posted as fine.

The first stable of the stable runners, Raising Dubai is a last start winner and will come out in race 7 over 1650 m with Paul Harvey aboard jumping from barrier 10 in a field of 10.

Raising Dubai is a six-year-old Bay gelding having start number 39 with six wins and 14 placings earning prize-money in excess of $200,000, recent efforts have been at Belmont over 2000 m in a BM 66+ with Peter Hall aboard arriving 3.75 lengths ninth of 14 on that occasion & was last seen at Belmont on August 1 over a mile when ridden by Jerry Noske landed the prize by half a length in a time of 1:40.21 racing on a soft six.

The final runner for the team will see Vital Edition head out in the Perth race membership Hcp over 1650 m with Jordan Turner the pilot jumping from barrier one in a field of 14. Vital Edition is a five-year-old Bay gelding having start number 25 with five wins and four placings earning prize-money in excess of $116,000 last time out he competed at Belmont over a mile on July 25 finishing fourth of 11 with Peter Knuckey in charge arriving five lengths behind the winner, he then headed out again at Belmont, August 1 finishing 10 of 10 2000m when racing on a soft six with Jason Brown at the helm arrived 19.75 lengths behind the winner.

Ben has made an alteration to the gear  for this occasion by removing the BAR PLATES.
