Two For Twenty Two competed in the BOQ class 3 handicap at Bunbury over 1016 m with Jarrad Noske aboard jumping from barrier 6.

On leaving the gates, Two For Twenty Two was slow to begin and was left traveling out the back of proceedings many lengths behind King Red Pin who led, Dance Mindy Dance followed with the solidly backed runner My Laina in a forward role.

Heading for home Two For Twenty Two run out of luck in every direction it traveled with openings, closing up, in a roughhouse affair.

On route to the line,  the eventual winner, My Laina crossed the line first, with Dance Mindy Dance in second, followed in by the luckless Two For Twenty Two (Colours: Purple, White Diamond, Diamonds Sleeve) hitting the line strongly.

Trainer Ben Pearce began protest proceedings against the winner My Laina for alleged interference over the concluding stages, however, that protest was dismissed.
