Tenterden took out the Singapore turf club trophy at Ascot over 1100m, positively ridden under Peter Hall.
Taken out strongly to lead early, the runner was in advance of Twelve Rounds and Just Act Natural, before heading for home, with the Pearce prepared runner, up tight against the rail.
Hall displayed a hands and heels ride before drawing the whip in the concluding stages to gain the upper hand, landing in advance of Just Act Natural with Star Glitter next to arrive.
