Speedy filly Sinful Living returned to her best form at Ascot on Saturday when scoring a strong win in the Vale Bert Harrison Handicap (1000m).

On a seven-day back up at her third run back from a spell, the Safeguard three-year-old jumped from barrier five with Tash Faithfull aboard and was able to work her way to the front and lead clearly.

She railed brilliantly turning for home and skipped away from her rivals to defeat Brave Strike ($2.50) by one-and-a-half lengths in her first victory since last September.

Capre Omnia ($8.50) a further neck away in third place.

Purchased by Pearce Racing for just $10,000 at the 2023 Perth Magic Millions Winter Sale, the all-ladies-owned Sinful Living has been an outstanding money spinner for connections with her 16 career starts to date netting five wins, three minor placings and earnings of $483,625 including Westspeed Platinum bonuses.

The stable will saddle up Fear The Wind in Sunday’s $150,000 Listed Pinjarra Cup (2300m).
