Ben Pearce will supply one thoroughbred to the meeting with Raising Dubai heading out in race three in a stayers bonus handicap over 2100m with Peter Hall in the saddle jumping from barrier six with a field of 10 to contest.
Raising Dubai is five year old Bay gelding having start number 25 with three x wins and 10 x placings supplying career earnings of just over $100,00 in the account.
This preparation the gelding ran at Belmont finishing third of 14 on a slow 6 over 1600m and returned to Belmont running third of 16 on June 28 over a mile finishing 2.25 lengths off the winner, and was last seen running over 1200m at the same course running seventh of 12 in a benchmark 66+, finishing 8.25 lengths off the winner in a time of 2:13.32 with the last 600m clocked at 37.51 on a dead four.
