The Ben Pearce stable saddled up Miss Rosendale for race 4 on the Pinjarra card on Anzac Day Monday, 25th of April with the four-year-old Bay mare to be ridden by Paul Harvey jumping from barrier 2 with a field of 14 to compete.
After leaving the stalls, Harvey put his charge into a positive position to lead into the first corner in settling, Cash Machine was giving the Pearce prepared galloper, no easy time of it, Big Cabbage was tucked in behind the leading duo, Deep Ocean was prominent as the runners straightened for home.
Into the straight Miss Rosendale had fought off the challenges with Cash Machine appearing to have peaked on its run, Miss Rosendale was fighting on as Red Glow & the momentum horse Dusha Zachistki run on powerfully from towards the back.
Miss Rosedale was grabbed by the fast finishing campaigners in the shadows of the post with Dusha Zachistki finishing over the top of its rivals to score, in advance of Red Glow in second with Miss Rosendale in third with a much improved effort being shown on this occasion.
