Let’s Twist raced honestly again for connections when competing in the Amelia Park Lamb handicap over 2200 m with the runner finishing the bridesmaid on this occasion after two recent victories.
Let’s Twist began prominently from the get go, to sit behind Montoyas, leaving Let’s Twist one off the fence, Bowl A Doosra, was slow to begin but rounded the field passing the 1800m to take up the lead as the field passed via the crossing.
Into the corner Bowler Doosra led for home, Let’s Twist was in the middle of runners with Blustery rounding the field to grab the lead with 300m to go, extending via the 200m to lead by a length and a half and although rolling out nearing the line it was all Blustery clearing off to score in advance of the game, Let’s Twist with Dagorlad in third.
