Ben Pearce applied his final runner to the Kalgoorlie race meeting on Sunday, September 25 with Peter Hall on board to race in a class five handicap over 1400m.
On jumping Roadsinger led with the well supported runner in advance of The Cruel Sea Yeah Yeah Yeah was next with Crown Choice following, back to the rail saw Peter Hall with Gigidy Gigidy Goo on the fence with three runners behind its rump.
Into the straight Crown Choice hit the lead and via the concluding stages raced away to land in front of Gigidy Gigidy Goo in second with Heavy Set arriving in third position.
