The stable supplied Don'tgetcaught to race eight in the Bunbury race club meeting on Friday, December 12, racing on a good three with the weather fine, as the Ben Pearce prepared galloper entered a 0 to 68 handicap over 1410 m with Alan Kennedy aboard jumping from a wide alley.
With the race underway Sasso Circus Sprung the gates to lead My Mestari on settling with Chancery in third Media Mac was fourth as Kennedy had Don'tgetcaught worse than midfield settling in the early stages of the event.
Round the side it was still Sasso's Circus leading the last on the card, Miss Mestari was still in a prominent position Nozomi's Lover was entering the fray as Scandalous Lady ridden by Patterson was making a challenge with Don'tgetcaught the widest challenger loitering for an assault in the concluding stages.
Sasso's Circus however had off and gone in the concluding stages and as the last on the card came to an end it was Sasso's Circus by two and a quarter to Scandalous Lady running on back to the fast finishing Don'tgetcaught landing the bronze a further length adrift, in a race time of 1:25.64.
