Western Australian turf club racing will be at Belmont on Saturday, September 27 with the weather currently fine track racing on a dead 4 with the rail out 9m.

The first of the Ben Pearce runners will come out in race five with Danablue preparing for the Irish day at Belmont Park October 4  handicap over 1200m, with Alan Kennedy aboard jumping from barrier eight a field of 14.

Danablue is a five-year-old Bay gelding having start number 20 with three wins and 8 placings earning prize-money in excess $126,000.

This preparation has hosted a string of thirds with the last two runs being at Belmont July 30 over 1300 m finishing fourth of 8, 4 lengths off the winner and was last seen racing on August 23 finishing sixth of 11 over 1400 m with Ben Patterson aboard finishing 2 1/2 lengths behind the eventual winner in a time of 1:25.29 with the last 600m in 35.62.
