The stable saddled up Bomber Bay to race one on the Ascot program over a mile in an NMW handicap with Joe Azzopardi aboard.
The early leader was Right Honourable, The Dankster followed with Bomber Bay tucked back towards the rail, Kaapander was in fourth passing the riverside with around 600m to run.
Into the straight Right Honourable still led, The Dankster was there with Bomber Bay coming between runners to go out after the race leader, Settlers Creek the race favorite loomed up on the outside to grab the lead with 50m to go, winning the event by half a length in advance of Bomber Bay with Kaapander finishing in third on this occasion.
