Ben Pearce racing has again displayed what a master of his trade he is, by preparing handy 4yo, Raising Dubai to an impressive win at Ascot on the 30th of November, three days after the horse ran second at Ascot over 2200m on the 27th of November.

Ben Prepared Raising Dubai for the Saturday 2200m race and assigned Peter Hall with the task of steering the 4yo. Jumping from barrier 9, it would be stable mate Set Again that would lead the field and set the tempo for the race, with Raising Dubai taking his place 1 out 5 back. Coming to the 1200m marker there was no change in the order, with Set Again still in charge, and Raising Dubai still back waiting for his call up.

Leading into the turn the sprint was on and Peter Hall, had his charge running on 6 cylinders, ready to engage top gear. Coming out of the straight, Raising Dubai was full of running and comfortably took out the event by just under 1.5 lengths, with I Have A Dream 2nd, and Coughlins Law 3rd.

Congratulations to the winning owners: Mr C S Pearce, Mr B M Pearce, Mr R Barrett-Lennard, Mr G J Smith, Mr M J Barrett-Lennard, Mr J Barrett-Lennard, Mr K E Mcglinn, Mr S M A Fleming, Mrs B K Jose
