After celebrating a winning double from two runners at Ascot on Saturday, Pearce Racing repeated the dose from three starters at Geraldton on Sunday.
Queen Of Hawks and Zing To Win gave the stable four winners for the weekend after being piloted to victory by jockey Tash Faithfull, who rode four winners at the Geraldton meeting.
Sessions three-year-old Queen Of Hawks started the $1.75 favourite in the TABtouch Share My Bet Handicap (1113m) and was able to hold the lead from barrier one before racing clear on straightening and holding off the fast-finishing Ironclad Boy ($19) by a head.
Lost Gravity ($11) finished a further half-length away in third place.
The Oakland Park-bred Queen Of Hawks was having her third start back from a spell and is a lightly-raced filly who has now raced five times for two wins, a second and $57,082 in total earnings.
Later in the day Shooting To Win gelding Zing To Win ($3.90) returned to his best form when taking out the TABtouch Watch Sky Racing Handicap (1113m).
After two lackluster performances to kick off his campaign, the four-year-old settled in the second half of his 10-horse field and rocketed home to win by a length-and-three-quarters.
Race-favourite Gold Keeper ($2.20) finished second, with Spirit Man ($26) just over two lengths away in third place.
Zing To Win has had 22 career starts to date now for seven wins, three minor placings and $140,721 in total earnings.
Pearce Racing prepared Talkanco to victory in Saturday’s $200,000 Group 3 Gimcrack Stakes (1100m) at Ascot and has trained 51 winners so far in the 2024/25 season.
