Ben Pearce saddled up the consistent Beinn Nibheis for race 8 at the Pinjarra Park race meeting held on Wednesday, 6 May in the happy Mother's Day May 10 handicap with Peter Hall aboard jumping from barrier seven with a field of 12 to compete.

As the starter let them go it was Bayleys Find anticipating the gate's to take a forward roll with the field keeping an eye on the last start winner early in the stages of the event, Cabot Cove settled second, Moment Of Love settled third on the fence Le Nizam was fourth with Beinn Nibheis taking up his customary role worse than midfield as the field entered the course proper passing the 1200m.

As they swung for the run in it was still Bayleys Find, Moment Of Love was forward, Cabot Cove was amongst the front runner's Bravo Romeo was also entering the fray with the big strides of Beinn Nibheis could be heard thundering down the outside making the race a little more interesting, moment of love come underneath runners, and although Bravo Romeo was finishing the race off at a rate of knots it was Moment Of Love and Beinn Nibheis left to fight it out and as they drew to the line it would be the former, Moment Of Love by 3/4 of a length to Peter Hall's mount Beinn Nibheis with Bravo Romeo landing a further 3/4 of a length a drift.
