The team saddled up Vital Edition to Ascot race four in a BM 72+ handicap over 1600 m with Peter Hall aboard jumping from barrier seven in a field of eight.
As the field left as one Vital Edition to up the usual role with Hall and settled at the back of the field Pin Rouge was 1st to jump with Uncle George in second, Big Hold Up was third with High Appeal fourth with the race favourite He Or She back towards the tail of the field with Vital Edition whipping them in.
The race had no change to the order via the Riverside with Pin Rouge still running a cheeky race as the field stretched out some eight lengths with Vital Edition being urged at this point by Hall to make a run for the judge as they straightened for home.
On straightening He Or She was being wound up and heading to the camera the classy galloper was eased down on the line to take out the fourth event to Vital Edition, with whom threaded the needle to find clear running and hit he line strong under the urgings of Peter Hall to run into second position with Uncle George hanging on for third.
