Poets Tale will compete in a maiden over 2012 m with Alan Kennedy aboard jumping from barrier eight in field of 12.
Poets Tale is a three-year-old gelding having start number four with recent efforts being at Pinjarra on January 11 finishing fifth of 14 over 1500 m with Alan Kennedy aboard landing 3.25 lengths behind the winner & was last seen at Bunbury on January 26, over 2019 m in a maiden, finishing seven of 12 with Alan Kennedy again the pilot arriving two and a quarter lengths off the winner in a race time of 2:08.22.
